The longest running arts and literacy festival in the valley returns with TÃa Chucha's Centro Cultural’s 18th Annual Celebrating Words Festival in Pacoima, CA.
This free outdoor festival amplifies cultural arts and literacy efforts in a broad and public way, supporting the notion that the arts and knowledge, in their many expressions, are valuable tools to support the healing and wellness of our communities.
I was invited to host an all day guided watercolor workshop for all ages, utilizing coloring-book versions of my designs for the guests to simply walk up, select their favorites and paint.
